Our men’s hockey teams currently compete across the Sydney League (SL) grades and we are always happy to welcome talent at any level. Whether you’re looking to play competitive hockey, dust off the old hockey stick after some time away from the sport, or you’re picking up a hockey stick for the first time, we’ll have a team for you.
Our mixture of senior players and younger guys coming through has meant our SL teams have enjoyed great success over the years, with many appearances in finals. We also have a proud tradition of many of our senior players being selected for NSW State Masters competitions.
Easts also has aspirations to play Premier League (PL) hockey, with many of our players having come down from the PL grades following a league restructure. Once there is a promotion pathway established for us to do this (expected 2027), we expect to be competing for PL spots. So if you are looking to play the highest standard you can, why not join us on the journey.

1st Team: Competitive. Dedicated coaching. Fitness & training attendance required.
2nd Team: Casual/competitive. Fitness & training desired, competition for 1st team places expected.
3rd Team: Casal. Beginners and/or more seasoned players looking for social hockey.
Masters Team: Midweek hockey for over 35s. Playing Premier Grade.
April-August, Saturdays 12.30 – 6.30pm (depending on fixture list). Check out the SHA site for fixture info.
